However, if a part needs to be ordered, it typically takes 3-5 business days for the part to arrive, and we’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
What should I do before bringing in my device for repair?
It’s recommended to back up your data and, if possible, remove any personal accounts or passwords from the device. For some repairs, we might need your password to test functionality.
Do you use original or aftermarket parts?
We offer both Original (Genuine) and High-Quality (Aftermarket) parts, depending on the customer’s preference.
Do I need an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?
We accept both appointments and walk-ins. However, scheduling an appointment ensures quicker service.
Do you sell devices as well?
Yes, we sell a variety of devices including used, pre-owned, new, and refurbished models. All refurbished devices come with a warranty and have been fully tested to ensure they are in excellent working condition.
What happens if my device CANNOT be repaired?
If we determine that your device cannot be repaired, there is typically no charge beyond the initial diagnostic fee (if applicable). We can also advise you on options for recycling or upgrading your device.
